This policy applies to weather conditions of below 25 degrees and above 95 degrees as forecasted by the National Weather Service in Morristown, TN.

Morristown Utility Systems will not disconnect electrical services when the forecasted temperature is to fall below 25 degrees or rise above 95 degrees within the following 24 hr period.
Service will be disconnected when weather conditions are within the acceptable range set by this policy.
