Morristown Utility Systems Payment Options

MUS offers several convenient ways to pay your bill.

By Mail
You will find a return envelope include in your monthly bill.

In Person
Our main office is located at 441 W. Main Street.  We are open from 8:00AM until 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.  We accept checks, cash or money orders.

Bank Draft
For our customers who prefer not to mail or bring in their payments, we offer a personal bank draft program.  We need to have you come in the office the first time and sign a permission slip and leave a voided check.  Then, each month, your bill will be deducted from your checking account on the day that it is due.

After Hours
We offer an after-hours payment drop box in the entrance area to our lobby at the Main Office at 441 West Main Street.  Just come in the front door and the box is located on the left wall.  This drop-box is always available to use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Other Locations
Most of our local banks will gladly take payments at their branches as long as the bill is of current status.
