Heat Pump Program – financing for heat pumps. Water Heater Program – cash back rebate on purchase of a water heater. Budget Billing – Pay same amount throughout year for utility bill. Project Help – Donate money to help others in time of need pay their utility bill. Life Support – Keep life support equipment running in time of power outage. Tree Replacement – Removal of trees that pose a threat to the power system and plant new trees. Social Security – Have bill setup so it’s due on the 5th of every month. Green Power – Purchase power made through renewable resources. Operation Roundup – Round bill up to the nearest dollar to help fund projects in the community. Porche – 24 hour a day/ 7 days a week outage management system. Comprehensive Financial Report – Last year’s financial report available to the public.
